1. general

PrintPro LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the website and physical Assistance shop located at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. products & ordering

All parts and products are sold as new or compatible unless explicitly stated otherwise. We strive to display accurate colors and descriptions, but slight variations may occur.

order acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in description or price, or suspected fraud.

pricing

All prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. shipping & delivery

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

• Free ground shipping on orders over $75 (continental US only).
• Expedited options available at checkout.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses provided.

4. returns & refunds

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened consumables (toner, ink) are non‑returnable unless defective.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5. Assistance services

We offer Assistance services both in‑shop and (limited) on‑site. By bringing in your device, you agree to the following:

• Diagnosis fee ($25) is waived if you approve the Assistance estimate.
• Assistances carry a 6‑month warranty on parts and labor (excludes physical damage or abuse).
• We are not responsible for data loss – please back up your devices.

6. warranty disclaimer

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRINTPRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCTS SOLD AND SERVICES PROVIDED. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

7. limitation of liability

In no event shall PrintPro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our products or services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party; (iii) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. privacy

Your use of our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

10. changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the site. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
